Originally from Wisconsin, Amber returns to share her knowledge of wine paired with this 4-course Nourish prepared meal made with local, seasonal ingredients, and kick off local wine events in Sheboygan County. A perfect evening for date night, friends’ night out, or treating yourself - this is not to be missed!
1st: Salus Chardonnay with Cheese course: Fresh fruit, Wisconsin cheeses, seasonal fruit compote or glaze
2nd: RESA Pinot Noir with Seasonal Fall salad course: Roasted beets, local apples, mixed greens, spiced walnuts, brown sugar-cider vinaigrette
3rd: RESA Grenache with Ravioli: Fall squash, brown butter sauce, sage/tarragon
4th: Salus Benchland Cabernet Sauvignon with Maple braised beef, roasted root vegetable, rustic mashed potatoes
Tickets for this dinner are $120 per person for the 4-course plated meal with wine pairings for each course. Pre-registration is required. Registrants must be age 21 or older.
