Enjoy a Save Soil presentation from Kweku Korankye, a graduate senior from Sheboygan North High School. He is very passionate about healthy soils and ecosystems and majoring in Environmental Engineering at University of Wisconsin-Madison. I hope to integrate ecosystems into communities to combat climate change.

Save Soil is a global movement to address the soil crisis by uniting people across the globe to stand up for soil health, and support leaders of all nations in actioning policies toward increasing organic matter in agricultural soil.

More people than ever have a specific diet due to health reasons, environmental or humane concerns, allergies, or cultural or religious traditions, and the Universal Meals program was designed to meet these needs. With Universal Meals, everyone has a seat at the table. This class offers simple guidelines and recipes that focus on vegetables, fruits, legumes, non-gluten grains, herbs, and spices. Universal Meals recipes are free of animal products, gluten-containing grains, nuts, alcohol, and other allergens to accommodate food preferences and common allergies.

In this class, you’ll learn how to create a wholesome, delicious dinner that’s perfect for any occasion. Nana will guide you through making Ghanaian Jollof Rice, a savory, spice-filled dish; Chickpea Stir Fry, packed with protein and vibrant vegetables; a light and refreshing Apple Cucumber Dill Salad; and nutrient-rich Roma Greens.

Nana, a registered nurse with over 22 years of experience, is passionate about supporting others on their health journeys. With her recent certification as a Holistic Health and Wellness Nurse Coach, she combines her medical expertise and love for healthy living to help people make sustainable lifestyle changes. In this class, she’ll not only teach you how to cook but also offer practical tips for improving your overall wellness.
