More people than ever have a specific diet due to health reasons, environmental or humane concerns, allergies, or cultural or religious traditions, and the Universal Meals program was designed to meet these needs. With Universal Meals, everyone has a seat at the table. This class offers simple guidelines and recipes that focus on vegetables, fruits, legumes, non-gluten grains, herbs, and spices. Universal Meals recipes are free of animal products, gluten-containing grains, nuts, alcohol, and other allergens to accommodate food preferences and common allergies.

Community Dinner: German Dinner and Dancing

Join us at Nourish Farms for an evening of delicious German cuisine and lively entertainment! The German themed menu will feature ingredients from local producers and be accompanied by accordion music and an opportunity to enjoy traditional German dancing.

Pre-registration is required. 13 y/o+ $25/attendee, 5-12 y/o $12/attendee, children 4 and younger free when accompanied by a paid adult.

Nourish’s Community Dinners feature local producers from our community while delivering a delicious from scratch meal. The setting is intended to bring friends and neighbors together to Nourish their bodies— something that is fundamental for our well-being. We hope that participants will leave feeling inspired and charged to integrate more healthy wholesome food choices at home.

Community Dinner: Farmer Appreciation

Celebrate the people behind your plate at our Farmers Appreciation Community Dinner! Enjoy Nourish’s seasonal buffet while connecting with the hardworking local farmers and producers who grow the food that sustains us.

  • smoked whole chicken (Farmcraft)

  • crushed and fried potatoes with crispy herbs and garlic

  • kale salad with apples and cheddar

  • fried cabbage with bacon, onion and garlic 

  • French apple cake with whipped cream

Doors and bar open at 5:00 PM, with the buffet starting at 5:30 PM. At 6:30 PM, join us for a special “Get to Know Your Local Farmers” discussion, where you’ll learn about our partner farms and the economic and nutritional benefits of eating local, seasonal foods.

3rd Annual Gingerbread House Decorating and Seasonal Soup Buffet

Run, Run, as fast as you can to the 3rd annual gingerbread house decorating event at Nourish on Saturday, 11/29, from 11am-1pm. Enjoy a soup and salad buffet and decorate a gingerbread house to take home.  You never know, we just might be visited by the gingerbread man too! Fun for all ages family and friends.

Tickets are $30 per gingerbread house to decorate, $15 for buffet for age 13+, and $7 for youth buffet 12 and under. Registration closes on 11/17/2025. Pre-registration is required, all youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please input 1 ticket and then add your attendee info, houses and buffet tickets on page 2!

Breakfast with Santa

Join us in the cozy Loft at Nourish Farms for a heartwarming “Breakfast with Santa” that’s perfect for the whole family on Saturday, December 13th, 2025 from 10am-12pm. Enjoy a farm-to-table breakfast prepared with ingredients from local farms and producers while you tell Santa what you want for the holidays. Color a picture and even write your letter to give Santa so his elves can get to work. Fun for all ages, so bring your family and friends and your camera for photos! Celebrate the holiday season in a warm, welcoming atmosphere - and bonus, learn about how to support your local farmers over winter!

  • Hearty local grain pancakes with pure maple syrup and homemade whipped cream

  • Sausage links

  • Herb and cheddar biscuits with sausage gravy

  • Roasted winter vegetable and potato frittata 

  • Cranberry streusel muffins
