Join us for this hands-on family cooking class, perfect for groups of all types and ages. This month, we are featuring Arugula as our Harvest of the Month. What better way to celebrate than with homemade oven baked pizza and garden fresh salad? In this class, the Nourish team will guide you through creating salad dressings, pizza dough, pizza sauce, and arugula bites from scratch.
Enjoy Nourish’s buffet of delicious wood-fired and oven-baked pizzas with an educational presentation from AFS Leadership at 6:30. Bar opens at 5pm and buffet opens at 5:30pm.
The cost for the pizza buffet is $25 per adult or teen, $10 for kids 12 and under, and free for kids 4 and under (children 4 and under must still be registered and accompanied by an adult).
Save the date for our fifth annual Local Food Fair - Saturday, May 10th from 9am-2pm. This farmers-market style event is free to attend, stop by to shop for produce, plants, and natural products and chat with local educators. A variety of fun and educational activities will be available throughout the day, along with delicious local food options!
This Mother's Day, give the gift of a creative garden themed experience here at Nourish. Treat mom to a delicious and nutritious brunch buffet, then head to the greenhouse for a "build your own" herb container garden. There will be an herb bar with an assortment of herbs, accent flowers and bows to choose from! It's a gorgeous and tasty gift that mom will be sure to enjoy.
