Join guest Chef Ben Reynolds of Lakeshore Technical College (LTC) for a perfect blend of skill building and socializing, ideal for date night or a friends’ night out. A meal will be provided. A seasonal soup and salad will accompany two types of focaccia breads- one savory (including local herbs and vegetables), one sweet! Chef Ben will walk participants through the process of making focaccia with an artistic touch and participants will gain new skills through this hands on experience.
