Join Nicole for a cooking demonstration that will focus on the art of cooking with fermented foods, specifically kraut and kimchi. Fermented foods offer unique flavors and numerous health benefits, including the presence of probiotics and beneficial bacteria that support gut health and improve digestion.
The demonstration will cover the basics of fermentation and the process of making kraut and kimchi. As an added bonus, all attendees will leave with a jar of kimchi and kraut to enjoy at home.
