Plymouth Farmers Market

 

The Plymouth Farmers Market (PFM) is formed by a committee of Plymouth area Farmers, Business Owners & Non-profit Organizations. Nourish Farms is proud to support this program in partnership with our community. Nourish Farms has been the overseeing nonprofit organization for this market since the 2024 season.

Are you a local farmer, producer, artisan, nonprofit or resource who is interested in joining us? APPLICATION COMING SOON! All applications will be reviewed and you must be approved before vending. All Certificates of Insurance (COIs), payments, and supporting documentation must be received. Email pfm@nourishfarms.org for questions.

Ways to apply:

  • Submit the online application online once available - the fastest way to apply, and you can also upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) within the application or by clicking Click Here to Upload Documents below!

  • Email your scanned application to: pfm@nourishfarms.org

  • Once approved, to vend you must supply accurate COIs and payment before market or you will be unable to vend

  • Mail your printed application to: Nourish Farms, Inc., 100 Alfred Miley Ave., Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 Attn: PFM
