The Plymouth Farmers Market (PFM) is formed by a committee of Plymouth area Farmers, Business Owners & Non-profit Organizations. Nourish Farms is proud to support this program in partnership with our community. Nourish Farms has been the overseeing nonprofit organization for this market since the 2024 season.

Are you a local farmer, producer, artisan, nonprofit or resource who is interested in joining us? APPLICATION COMING SOON! All applications will be reviewed and you must be approved before vending. All Certificates of Insurance (COIs), payments, and supporting documentation must be received. Email pfm@nourishfarms.org for questions.

Submit the online application online once available - the fastest way to apply, and you can also upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) within the application or by clicking Click Here to Upload Documents below!
Email your scanned application to: pfm@nourishfarms.org
Once approved, to vend you must supply accurate COIs and payment before market or you will be unable to vend
Mail your printed application to: Nourish Farms, Inc., 100 Alfred Miley Ave., Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 Attn: PFM

Looking for insurance for your COI to vend? Nourish cannot advise you on the best insurance for your business nor do we require you use a specific company. However, depending on your business and products there are many options to obtain the required COIs naming additional insureds for PFM - including but not limited to:
your existing business insurance
sole proprietor insurance (such as Acuity, NEXT Insurance, etc.)
FLIP (Food Liability Insurance Program) - FLIP has information on file for PFM
ACT (Artists, Crafters, & Tradesmen Insurance) - ACT has information on file for PFM
