Security Deposit A non-refundable security deposit is due upon signing the event contract. The deposit is applied towards the total rental fee payment. Renters are responsible for additional payment of any excessive cleaning costs, overage charges, or damage repairs caused by the event.

Rental Fee and Cancellation Policy The rental fee payment is due at least 90 days prior to the scheduled event date. Nourish may issue a refund or partial refund as outlined in the contract if the event is canceled – minus the non-refundable security deposit.

Event Insurance Renters are required to provide proof of event insurance as outlined in the contract for their event. If a certificate of event insurance is not provided by 30 days prior, Nourish may deny access or use of the premises with no refund.

Rental Signature The person signing the contract agreement, either the renter or an authorized representative on their behalf, must be at least 25 years of age.

Serving Alcohol Nourish Farms, Inc. now holds a liquor license and will provide packages for all of your bartender service and alcohol sourcing needs for your event! Alcohol regulations are subject to change at any time by law and will be abided by Nourish and all Renters.

Smoking and Open Flame There will be a designated smoking area to accommodate your guests. Smoking, including smokeless tobacco products and non-tobacco vaping products, is prohibited on the loft balcony and in the gardens. All smoking is prohibited on the neighboring Sheboygan Falls Schools property even if the rental has access to their parking lot. Open flames, including but not limited to candles, sparklers and fireworks, bonfires, and torches are not permitted. Contained sterno (canned heat) flames are allowed for food purposes.

Parking Nourish has ample parking for your day including 39 parking stalls and parking along the sides of our round about and driveway. For larger events, our neighbors at Sheboygan Falls School allows reservation of their parking lot if it is available and outside of school hours. Nourish schedules this with the school for you for your convenience.

Cleaning and Refuse Standard Loft cleaning is provided with any rental and we ask to be left how we were found upon arrival. Any excessive clean-up or repair costs will be charged to the Renter. There is a recycling dumpster and a trash dumpster provided onsite for refuse management. Any excess refuse that is not removed after the event will be charged an additional pick-up fee.

Good Neighbor Policy The Nourish Good Food Education Center and the surrounding property are located in a residential area. This means that our neighbors around us are in their homes. Nourish asks all of our Renters and their guests to be respectful and considerate of our neighbors. This includes following all noise regulations and hours of operation as outlined in the contract, cleaning up after oneself and guests, and following all policies and procedures. As we are located just down the road from the Sheboygan Falls Elementary and Middle schools, we ask that Renters remain conscious of the neighboring schools, playgrounds, and sports fields and the neighborhood foot and car traffic.

Kitchen Use The Nourish commercial and teaching kitchens are available – for an additional hourly fee – with any rental if desired.
