Chef Mike will guide guests through the making three different types of rolls while sharing techniques and flavors inspired by Hmong cuisine. During this interactive class, you'll learn how to prepare:
Traditional Hmong egg rolls
Hmong cabbage rolls
Fresh spring rolls
