Plymouth Farmers Market (PFM) Vendor Application

 
 

Thank you for your interest in being a 2025 PFM Vendor. By submitting the below application you certify you have read, reviewed, and agreed to all policies.

MARKET DETAILS: 2025 SEASON :

Thursdays, June 19th through October 16th, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Location: Stayer Park, 39 S. Stafford St., Plymouth, WI  53073. “Rain or Shine” unless severe weather. Market cancellations will be posted on the PFM Facebook page

  • Stall: 1 stall is provided 12’ x 12’ to accommodate a 10’ x 10’ canopy to have space between vendors

  • Stall Fees for Farmers and Processors: Stall fees for the 2025 market may be selected for all 18 market days for $190 or half (9) market days for $110. Payment is due prior to market start.  To promote success of the market and draw community members we are asking for your commitment to half of or the full market weeks, note that the full market selection of 18 dates is at a discounted rate per market.

  • Stall Fees for Artisan and Prepared Foods (Transient Merchants): Refer to City of Plymouth Ordinance 8A2 amending Sec 7.4. Applicants considered Transient Merchants have additional market costs due to fees per merchant. Transient merchant stall fees for 2025 may be selected for all 18 market days for $260 or half (9) market days for $150. Payment is due prior to market start.

  • Stall Fees for approved Nonprofit/Resource Only: Partner nonprofits with community based resources/no sales may be considered for a discounted or subsidized fee rate at a first come/first serve basis as available. Please contact Nourish. To sell goods or solicit donations as a nonprofit at market the organization must apply for a paid stall.

  • Second stall: To add on a second stall and expand from 12’ x 12’ to 12’ x 24’, this is an additional $100 flat fee.

  • Single market day: Single market dates will be considered and will be a $25 per market date fee due prior to the market. Single dates are subject to available openings only, no guarantees.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENT

Vendor shall acquire and maintain a comprehensive general liability insurance policy against all losses, costs, damages, expenses, claims, liabilities, actions, including but not limited to injuries (including death) arising at any time during Vendors use or occupancy of the Premises and adequate to cover all foreseeable losses associated with vending, with:

  • A minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and a minimum of $2,000,000 in the aggregate

  • A certificate of insurance naming BOTH entities as written below (2) as additional insureds must be provided to Nourish before any vending is acceptable or allowed: Nourish Farms, Inc. at 100 Alfred Miley Ave. Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 and City of Plymouth 128 Smith St. P.O. Box 107 Plymouth, WI 53073

  • If such certificates of insurance are not provided to Nourish at pfm@nourishfarms.org or by mail with the correct legal spelling and addresses, Nourish and the Plymouth Farmers Market Managers (MMs) reserve the right to deny access to vend at the market with no refund.

  • The certificate of insurance must cover all market dates of attendance at minimum.
