Snack-tivity offers a physical activity led by a local expert followed by a fresh good-food snack that features the Harvest of the Month. Snacktivity engages and inspires the audience, while incorporating the connection between whole food and optimal health.
Example Activities: Yoga, Zumba, and Kickboxing
Example Snack: Apple & Cheesestick
This program will be offered as an 8-week series. Each series will contain 2 sessions that provide instruction on a different physical activity.
