Artisan Bread Making Class
In this hands-on baking class, with artisan baker Shawn Rediske from Water House Foods will help you:
- Make rustic hearth sourdough breads, chewy cookies and crunchy crackers using locally grown and milled gran using fermented yeast
- Learn to tailor your brad, cookies and cracker flavors, shapes and sizes to your taste
Plus take home:
- Bread, cookies and crackers you made in class
- Tips for great backing at home
You are invited to join a Sourdough Bread Share Program to receive organicaly grown Sourdough Bakery on a regular schedule.
