Life in the Garden Lessons
Nourish’s Life in the Garden lessons are short lessons to guide teachers in teaching students about gardening. These lessons can be adapted not only for the classroom, but also for clubs, summer school, and after-school programming. While recognizing the academic load that teachers are required to teach students, we believe the best way to share garden education, is to design hands-on activities that can be woven seamlessly into a number of subjects.
These lessons cover the very basics of gardening ranging from making a garden bed to preparing food from the garden
